Convés Rosé

Pale salmon, dry and silky in texture, with delicately nuanced red berry and cherry and papaya flavours and well balanced acidity, this wine is sourced from dedicated rosé grapes.

50% Touriga Nacional, 50% Aragonez

The grapes were hand-harvested in the morning into 12kg boxes. After de-stemming, they were lightly crushed and cold-soaked for 48 hours prior to pressing. The juice cool fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Prior to bottling, the varieties were blended.
