Folias de Baco, 'Uivo' Pt Nat Rose

Pale salmon color. Very delicate notes of raspberry, orange blossom, sour cherry, and a little touch of fresh pepper. In the mouth it is refreshing and crisp, with a strong mineral character, almost salty. The crisp acidity provides a lingering mouth finish.

Pinot Noir

Ancestral method, sparkling wine made from only one fermentation, without added yeasts or sugar. Grapes picked in the end of August and pressed.

Serve cold 7- 9°C
