40% Aragonez, 30% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Trincadeira 10% Touriga Nacional

The grapes were mechanically harvested during the cool of the night, de-stemmed, lightly crushed and cooled to 16ºC. Following a 48-hour cold soak, the varieties were vinified separately in temperature-controlled conical stainless steel vats and blended prior to bottling; Part of the blend aged in used French oak 300l & ; 500l barrels for 9 months.
