Entre Pedras Verdelho

Showcases the earthy pungency of volcanic soil and salty Atlantic ocean air, wed to succulent star fruit and savoury poached salsify. Lovely mouthfeel. Super-tangy, super-juicy acidity sluices the palate, buoying the flavours on a long, involving finish. Just 2,000 bottles were made.

85% Verdelho, 15% Arinto dos Açores

The grapes were pressed in a vertical press and naturally fermented and aged on fine lees, 33% in used 500l barrels, 67% in stainless steel.
