Quinta das Marias Encruzado

Unoaked, this wine offers a beautifully pure expression of the Dão’s signature white grape, Encruzado. It is fresh, saline, and mineral, with delicate white orchard fruit and a subtle, piquant hint of fresh ginger.

100% Encruzado

The grapes are handpicked and immediately brought to the winery, where they undergo hand selection, destemming for skin contact during 18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After fermentation the wine is aged for 3 months on light lees, first month and half with bâtonnage.
