The grapes are cold stored overnight at 10ºC before being crushed with stalks (100%) in the granite lagars at Quinta da gricha. Light maceration by foot treading and fermentation on the skins. After fermentation, the wine goes through an ageing period in seasoned oak casks for approximately 10 years.

This Dry White Port is a deliciously different aperitif to enjoy before lunch or dinner and a perfect partner for smoked salmon, olives, roasted almonds and cheese biscuits. Combined with tonic, it makes for the perfect summer cocktail. Churchill’s signature white port and tonic is served simply with an orange peel twist – allowing the aged port to shine and transporting us to the orange groves of Quinta da Gricha, in the Douro valley.
