Bojador Talha Tinto

Bright mid cherry red. Packed with fragrant red cherry, plum and earthy dusty notes. It’s grippy, fresh and juicy with a hint of savoury, chalky minerality. Intense but without weight.

40% Trincadeira 30% Moreto and 30% Tinta Grossa

Wine is vinified in traditional clay jars ‘Talha’, the Portuguese equivalent of amphora. Fermentation with regional, indigenous yeasts. No additions or corrections, unfined and unfiltered.

Serve just below room temperature 16-18ºC.

Fish stews, pork chops or mushroom risotto.
