Herdade do Rocim 'Fresh from Amphora' Tinto (1L)

Very light ruby colour. Fragrant medicinal dark red fruits and earthy, vegetal notes. Light in body but not thin in flavour. Very Juicy and very fresh.

40% Moreto, 30% Tinta Grossa and 30% Trincadeira.

Grapes naturally vinified in clay pots ‘Talha’ and with no temperature control. Fermentation took place using indigenous yeasts and with no addition or correction of must. Two months of skin contact inside the amphora.

Should be served slightly chilled 12-14ºC.
