Green golden colour. On the nose it's quite mineral with floral and earthy notes. Remarkable acidity, refreshing and tense.

Perrum, Rabo de Ovelha and Manteúdo

Grapes naturally vinified in clay pots ‘Talha’ and with no temperature control. Fermentation took place using indigenous yeasts and with no addition or correction of must. Two months of skin contact inside the amphora. Come under Nieports Nat Cool brand.

Serve cold 7-9°C.
