Currently sourced from south-facing vines at Quinta do Casal do Paço, the grapes were hand harvested on 25th and 26th September. The must was naturally fermented with 25% whole bunches and macerated on skins for around a month. It was aged for around 6 months in chestnut barrels. Slightly hazy, this minimal intervention, biodynamic red was bottled unfiltered.
