Bojador Talha Branco

Golden colour caused by long skin contact, with aromas of bee’s wax and marmalade, alongside earthy mineral notes.

Perrum, Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha and Manteudo

This wine is vinified in traditional clay jars ‘Talha’, the Portuguese equivalent of amphora and fermented with regional, indigenous yeasts.

Ideal serving temperature 10-12ºC

Chicken with wild mushrooms and tarragon or a fresh goat cheese
