Juicy, bright-fruited, with blackberry and sappy red berry flavours to the fore and a cleansing finish.

50% Aragonez, 30% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Syrah

The grapes were mechanically harvested during the cool of the night, de-stemmed, lightly crushed and cooled to 16ºC. Following a 48-hour cold soak, the varieties were vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and blended prior to bottling.
