Convés Branco

Sustained ripe citrus fruit on the palate, with lemon and artichoke and a touch of light phenolic grip to the persistent finish.

50% Antão Vaz, 30% Arinto, 20% Roupeiro

The grapes were harvested by machine in the cool of the night. Following destemming, a light crushing and cooling to 10ºC, the grapes and juice underwent a cold soak for 48 hours. Each variety was fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and blended prior to bottling.
