Herdade do Rocim Clay Aged White 2022

Precise and delicately textured, with a persistent hum of acidity and lovely intensity of flavour to the al dente stone fruit, close to skin and stone.  Finishes long and mineral, with wonderful lightness of being.

Co-fermented blend of Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho

Grapes naturally vinified in clay pots ‘Talha’ and with no temperature control. Fermentation took place using indigenous yeasts and with no addition or correction of must. Two months of skin contact inside the amphora. Come under Nieports Nat Cool brand.

Serve cold 7-9°C.
