Churchill's Meio Queijo Branco

Fresh and exuberant on the nose, expressing aromas of pears and apples with a minty twist. Delicate and well balanced on the palate with a long refreshing natural acidity on the finish.

70% Rabigato and 30% Viosinho.

After a short period of maceration, the wine ws subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, about 10% of this wine is aged for 6 months in new casks; the remaining part is kept in stainless steel vats to maintain its fruity character combined with the oak complexity from the wines in casks.

Serve cold 7-9ºC

A wine for everyday drinking to serve on its own or with salads or light dishes.
