Tasting Notes

Deep ruby colour, ripe red fruit, forest and minty notes and pleasant hints of leather. The oak is well integrated bringing sweet and smoked spices, all set against a limestone background. In the mouth it is seductive and refined, with body and captivating freshness and structure. It's robust but its tannins are delicate. Long finish and great ageing potential in the bottle.

It was performed one and a half days of pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature of 25ºC. The malolactic transformation took place in a cement deposit. The wine aged in used French oak casks (87%) and used American oak casks (13%), from October 2017
