Wine Making
This Moscatel Roxo is the result of intense work shared in the vineyard and the cellar. The vineyard was monitored throughout so that yields would not exceed 2500 litres/ha and the grapes used would be in perfect condition and ripeness. In the winery- intense selection of bunches followed by a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days, after which the fermentation is allowed to start very slowly in the vat, reaching 3⁄4 of fermentation in 3 days, fortified with the best wine spirits available on the market selected by the company's technicians, followed by a post-fermentation maceration of 5 long months. The final stage is carried out in selected 225 liter French Oak barrels (2 to 3 wines are used)
